Bluefin Tuna fishing
The bluefin tuna(Thunnus thynnus) is a pelagic fish that can weigh up to 500kg. The largest bluefin tuna, in fact, weighed 780kg. These large predators can be fished offshore by trolling, jigging, spinning or baiting.
For Ernest Hemingway the bluefin tuna is "The king of all fish". For recreational Anglers, the bluefin is the most desired fish because of its speed and strength.

Cave paintings of bluefin tuna from the Stone Age have been found in Sicily. Ancient cultures such as the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Greeks and Romans have fished bluefin tuna from the Strait of Gibraltar to the Bosphorus.
