Fishing in Murcia is characterized by the rocky coasts of the south, the solitary coves, its picturesque fishing villages such as Águilas, the white dunes of El Mojón beach in the north, La Manga del Mar Menor and the endless beaches with sandy bottoms and crystal clear waters. Although the pressure of man has been considerable, Murcia can boast of the most impressive seabed of the peninsula.
