Rubio fishing
Cowries and blondes are in the family Triglidae. They have pectoral fins that look like wings. They can be caught by lowering all kinds of natural or artificial baits to the bottom of the sea. There are several species that vary in shape, size and color, but usually do not exceed 40 cm in length.

Dab ( Limanda limanda) is a species of flatfish, to which flounder, megrim and sole belong. It inhabits the sandy seabeds of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea, the Bay of Biscay and the waters of Iceland. The normal catch is fish of about 20 cm, but there are dab that reach 40 cm in length with a weight of about one kilogram. Dab is a very good eating fish.
