After spending more than 45 years enjoying my free time at sea and fishing, eager for recognition and wanting to justify all the time spent on the water to my wife by saying, “Honey, I’m not going fishing, I’m going to work,” I finally decided to obtain my Captain 200 license in 2020 so I could share this overwhelming passion with you.
After sailing on most of the world’s seas and catching a considerable number of fish — Gabon, Tahiti, Miami, Costa Rica, the Bahamas… so many destinations that helped refine my fishing techniques — I’m now able to let you fully benefit from this experience.
Since the age of 6, I have been fishing for the giant Mediterranean bluefin tuna. Giant, because at that time the smallest weighed around 140 kg. Today, they are much smaller but far more numerous, guaranteeing you an intense, spectacular fight on light tackle.
