Inshore and bottom fishing in Mallorca with the Captain Tomeu in Alcudia

8:00h -12:00 / 13:00-17:00 / 17:00-21:00h COASTAL CURRICAN: At the end of summer the small pelagics approach the coast in large schools and it is the best time to practice this modality. We will sail at 3-5 knots dragging some lures in the water in search of bream, dolphinfish, barracuda, bonito, amberjack, etc .... These fish, although of medium size, will give us a good fight with light tackle. BOTTOM FISHING: For the smallest and also for experts, where you will be able to catch a great variety of fish. This modality is practiced with the Boat stopped and with the help of a lead we will take our bait to the rocky bottom where the marine life is concentrated. Rock fish are highly appreciated in the local gastronomy and are used to make the broth or fumet for the famous Mallorcan Seafood Paella.
