The Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) is a fish species that can be found in the Biskay Bay, Northsea, Baltic Sea, Iceland, the south coast of Greenland and the northeast Atlantic coast of the U.S.A. Haddock can grow up to 1 meter (40in) and weigh up to 14kg (30lb).

Humphead wrasse, also know as Napoleon wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus), is found in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. The live around reefs and channel slopes where they feed on molusks, fish and crustaceans. The largest Napoleon wrasse can grow over 2 meter long and weigh over 180kg!

Trolling is a fishing technique where one or more fishing lines, baited with lures or natural bait, are drawn behind a moving boat. Trolling can be done both in-shore and off-shore.
The trolling speed depends on the type of bait and the fish species. Where tuna and marlin like a speed of 6 to 10 knots, other species such as dentex or seabass should be targeted with a trolling speed of 3-4 knots maximum.
