What an awesome fishing trip!!!!

I caught a few small fish. One huge one. It took me almost 40 minutes to get it out of the water. A gigantic fish, between 150 and 160 cm long. Three days later, my right arm still hurts. An incredible experience.

We had a wonderful, very well-organized day. Jeroen, our guide, helped us a lot. The spot we chose was great—he’d picked it perfectly! We ended up catching 18 fish (with an average length of 1.60 cm and the largest at 1.89 cm) in 12 hours! Plus, he gave us lots of useful tips, and we learned a few new things. We’ll definitely be back next year!

I had an absolutely fantastic day. We got along great starting from the beginning. Although no transportation had been arranged, the hotel picked me up and took me back when I asked. I definitely recommend it.
