Fishing with Toni in the Blue

If you want to live an unforgettable gastronomic experience, come aboard the Blue, Toni & Pepita's Boat. Although we normally start the adventure around 11 a.m., Toni & Pepita have been awake since 4 a.m. in order to buy the best food on the island and to prepare the food for the day. After leaving the port of San Antonio, we head to a cove sheltered from the wind and the waves. There we anchor for the day. While the passengers take a swim in the crystal clear waters (with snorkeling if they want), Toni and Pepita offer them an aperitif with champagne or caya and get down to work. After the pica pica with ham, cheese, pork loin, fuet, we serve the best shrimp in the world, those of Ibiza (of course). Then fresh lobster, followed by fish: dentex, rooster San Pedro, scorpion fish (scorpion fish), grouper .... For dessert there is fruit, flaò - typical Ibicencan mint cake - and sweets. And as there is time to continue enjoying the Mediterranean life, we serve coffee, shots and Pepita's specialty: sangria! If you are thirsty afterwards: gin and tonics until sunset.
