Tarpon ( Megalops atlanticus) are silvery hunters that love to hunt fish and crustaceans in lagoons, rivers, harbors, and other shallow waters. They live in coastal waters of the Atlantic Ocean from Florida to Argentina and from Senegal to Angola. The tarpon can reach up to 2.5 meters in length and catch more than 150 kg.
