As someone that prides himself on sharing only Ibiza’s finest ingredients, Capt. Toni makes the early 4 AM journey to the local fish market before each trip with clients.
After stepping on board around 11 AM, you'll head to one of the stunning beaches to anchor for the day. You can enjoy a glass of champagne and have a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Balearics. In the meanwhile, the crew starts cooking: shrimp, lobster, fish and rice.
