We use to do bottom fishing with natural bait such as calamar, cuttle fish, sardines etc to target all kind of reef fish like scorpion fish, snapper, sea bream, jack, conger, skate. If the conditions allow, we tend to put out a larger bait to target dentex, amberjack, bonito, bluefish, dorado, grouper.
July, August, September and October are great months for off shore trolling. Using heavier tackle, during these months we fish for blue marlin, white marlin, wahoo, tuna, albacore and dorado.
